with close to 40 years of leadership development, training, speaking, mentoring, and coaching under my belt, i’ve dedicated my own growth—learning, healing, transformation—to support yours.

i value the journey of my life and path, and appreciate that growth is a life-long process. these are gifts, wisdom and experience that have shaped a deeper capacity to listen, hold space, and walk beside others as their guide.

we all have our individual walks in life, and at times we may need the support of a mentor along the way.

so, whether i’m mentoring, hosting programs or facilitating, i bring decades of expertise in leadership, alongside the heart and humility gained from years of working with people and teams.
